Stop and smell the changes.

As entrepreneurs it’s important for us to stay nimble in order to adapt to change. In many ways, we have advantages to be able to act quicker than our bigger competitors thus giving us a competitive edge. This last month I found myself reflecting on the changes that are upon us and the work that many of us have put towards adapting to the times. By changes, I am referring to how we attract and retain customers, how we engage with customers and how we service our customers.

I am very excited with the changes that are taking place because it’s keeping us on our feet. Even as a professional in the digital marketing space, I too am having to learn and adapt. As things begin to open up more and more, take the time to stop and reflect on the changes that you could be doing with your brand, business, or product. Is there an opportunity to adapt? To make your service better? To engage with your loyal customer base? In the meantime, I’ll leave you with a list of brands, people, items and sounds that are currently inspiring me ….
